By accessing this website and requesting services from Private Protection Services LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
2. Services Description
We provide licensed private security services, including executive protection, corporate security, event security, travel risk advisory, secure transport, threat assessment, school and church security, and funeral escorts. All services are subject to a signed agreement and applicable laws.
3. No Guarantee of Outcome
While we strive to provide the highest standard of protection, no security service can guarantee absolute safety or the prevention of all incidents. Clients acknowledge that security involves inherent uncertainties.
4. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client identities, locations, and engagement details. Clients also agree to protect any proprietary information shared by Private Protection Services LLC.
5. Payment & Cancellation
Payment terms are outlined in each service agreement. Cancellations made within the timeframe specified in the agreement may be subject to fees. Retainers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
6. Limitation of Liability
Private Protection Services LLC's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Monroe County, New York.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
